So dysphoria-related stuff was starting to get better, but just in the past few weeks things have gotten a ton worse. It used to be that my chest bothered me a lot, but now it’s to the point where it’s seriously affecting my ability to do other things. Now, I can’t do a lot of running in gym class or sports because I absolutely refuse to take my binder off, get stressed out when I play cello because of the contact against my chest, end up constantly readjusting my binder, and even if it looks completely flat to others, I’m still really flipped out. Over the past few days, I haven’t looked in the mirror in order to avoid a breakdown.

Additionally, social things weren’t a problem, but now I get really bothered if anyone refers to me as a girl. I’m not quite sure why things have gotten worse, but they have. Sorry for the rant, but long story short, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips to stop thinking about your chest or to try to push the social stuff aside.

Ideas?

Thanks!

I kind of haven’t been here in ages. Whoops. To be honest, I probably won’t be on here too often for now, but I’ll continue to post when I can. I made this blog to post mainly trans*-related stuff, and that hasn’t been too much of an issue over the past few months. It’s seemed to get progressively better, but now it’s gotten worse again. How wonderful. I might be writing about some of that.

Anyway, sorry for the lack of posts, and hello again!
